PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam follower capable of extending a service life of a cam. SOLUTION: An axial direction displacement quantity is set so that a position of a crown peak 16a of a roller 5 in an axial direction is displaced one by one along a peripheral direction to meander and the movement continues by returning to a start point when displacing 360°in peripheral direction.
