PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable composition providing a cured product having excellent heat resistance, minimized in warp, and especially useful as an optical member. SOLUTION: The photocurable composition comprises (A) at least one kind of a (meth)acrylate having a structure represented by formulas (1) or (2) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom except fluorine; R<SP>2</SP>is a hydrogen atom, Ph-C(CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>2</SB>-, Ph- or a 1-20C alkyl group; R<SP>3</SP>is -CH<SB>2</SB>-, -S- or -C(CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>2</SB>-], (B) a (meth)acrylate different from the component (A) and having three or more functional groups, (C) a photoradical polymerization initiator and (D) a polycarbonate polyol having 10-100 hydroxy value, regulated so that 5-50 wt.% of the whole acrylic components in the composition may be methacrylate compounds. The cured product obtained from the photocurable composition is particularly useful as the optical member such as a prism lens sheet because the cured product has the excellent heat resistance and little deformation while keeping a high refractive index.
