PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a personal care composition containing acrylate copolymers in amounts effective for exhibiting waterproofing properties. SOLUTION: This personal care composition contains the acrylate copolymers, so that the composition gives the excellent waterproofing properties to a personal care product, without causing an undesirable waxy, sticky, and heavy feeling.
