PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article delivery device capable of achieving a simpler structure, smaller size and easier operation than a conventional device. SOLUTION: This card-shaped article delivery device 19 includes a card accommodation section 49 which can accommodate a plurality of card-shaped articles 47 in a layered condition, and a delivery mechanism 51 which delivers the card-shaped articles 47 in the card accommodation portion 49 from a delivery port 43 by a card press plate 62 in accordance with a prescribed operation. This delivery mechanism 51 has an operation dial 45 which is provided on the front side of a device body 38 and is allowed to have one-way rotation, and a motion conversion mechanism 58 which are constituted of a cam 56 and followers 66a, 66b for converting the rotational motion of an operation dial 45 to a reciprocating motion in a fore and aft direction of a device body of the card press plate 62, thus obtaining a structure for transmitting the rotational motion of the operation dial 45 to the card press plate 62 through a motion conversion mechanism 58 in a simple structure which is constituted of the cam 56 and the followers 66a, 66b.
