PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical reaction furnace capable of improving the reactivity without decreasing the treatment amount of a reaction substance. SOLUTION: The chemical reaction furnace 10 accelerates the chemical reaction of a reaction substance containing at least one of a gas, a liquid, and a powder by irradiation with microwave. The chemical reaction furnace 10 is provided with a cylindrical outer casing 11 and a cylindrical partitioning body 12 housed in the inside of the outer casing 11. The space formed between the outer casing 11 and the partitioning body 12 is used as a reaction chamber 13 where the reaction substance is stored. The partitioning body 12 is made of a permeation material transmitting microwave. The microwave is projected to the inside of the partitioning body 12 through an incident waveguide tube 43 and projected to the reaction substance in the a reaction chamber 13 via the partitioning body 12.
