PROCESS FOR PRODUCING PARTICLE DISPERSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a technique capable of accelerating dispersion of a particle in a dispersion medium while omitting supply of a dispersant in a process for producing a particle dispersion in which the particle having a hydrophilic metal compound surface is dispersed in an aqueous dispersion medium to produce the particle dispersion. SOLUTION: The process is characterized by supplying the particle into the dispersion medium, and performing organic material decomposition treatment in which an oxidizing agent is supplied into the dispersion medium, and an organic material adhered to the surface of the particle is decomposed and removed in the dispersion medium.
