PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove scales of fish with fixed force to prevent them from scattering around. SOLUTION: A body 1 is easy to carry and stable since it is sized to be entirely settled within the hand without projecting from the hand. An opening is formed in the front part of the body 1, and the scales entering inside are removed by a scale removing blade 2 provided at the center, to prevent them from scattering around.
