PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle to work with negative ions each having generally an effect to decrease active oxygen in the blood of a person upon being inhaled into his/her body through the lungs and involve the problem that they must be released to a space for an occupant to inhale easily, capable of solving the problem by supplying specified gas components into a cabin and arranging so that the gas components have easy access to his/her nares. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner for the vehicle includes a control circuit 39 which puts an ion generator 43A in operation if a demand for gas components is selected by a select switch 41a when air is blown off into the cabin, and opening/closing doors 31b, 33b and 35b which are operated so that the air blows out at least from a face blowout hole 31d. Thereby an ion generator 43A etc. is operated when a driver/passenger has selected a demand for gas components from the select switch 41a and the air is blown off from the face blowout hole 31d, which allows the negative ions etc. to have easy accesses to his/her nares and the driver etc. can get the intended effect easily by inhaling the negative ions effectively.
