PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove wrinkles by stimulating the metabolism of the dermis of the face of a user and enhancing the elasticity of the dermis. SOLUTION: The cosmetic mask has a circulator using a thermo-element. An urethane pack into which silicone oil is injected is formed/attached to the inner side of a face mask to be used especially for beauty treatment, and a tube through which the silicone oil heated or cooled by the thermo-element flows in/out is connected to a prescribed region of the urethane pack. The urethane pack is structured to give effects of a cold/hot treatment method to the face region of the user as the urethane pack is cooled or heated according to the temperature of the silicone oil flowing in the urethane pack. With this structure, aging of the dermis can be inhibited by the smooth circulation effect of the cold/hot treatment method, waste matter accumulated on the subcutaneous layer of the dermis of the face can be easily discharged, and the blood circulation of the dermis of the face can be made smooth by the effect of the cold/hot treatment method.
