PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladle not only used as the ladle but also removing scum by efficiently sticking it to its bottom by surface tension. SOLUTION: This ladle is formed of a bowl part formed with an arc-shaped recess part forming a preset volume and a handle integrally or fixedly attached with the bowl part. This ladle is formed with multiple small projections or recesses at a predetermined interval, which can stick and retain the scum on the whole surface of the bottom of the bowl part or the bottom excluding an upper outer circumferential part with the surface tension.
