Disclosed in a kit for forming a dental prosthesis having at least one implant (1, 3, 5) insertable in a bone, at least one secondary part (7, 9) and different structural elements (11, 15, 17, 19, 21). The implant or implants (1, 3, 5) have a shoulder part (43) comprising a shoulder rotation retainer segment (67) and a connecting hole (71) with an inner rotation retainer segment (77). The secondary part or parts (7, 9) can be screwed in the implant (1, 3, 5) and have a head (103) comprising a head rotation retainer segment (121). Depending on their configuration, the different structural elements (11, 15, 17, 19, 21) can be fixed to a secondary part (7, 9) or directly to an implant (1, 3 5) and positioned in the shoulder rotation segment (67), the inner rotation retainer segment (77) or the head rotation retainer segment (121). One and the same implant (1, 3, 5) can thus be used for different fixing and positioning modes. |
