<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning systems 1, 2 capable of keeping an air cleaning function for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The air cleaning systems are provided with the first ventilation flues 113, 411, 413, a diffusing part 222, air cleaning parts 191, 491, and air distribution destination switching parts 210, 462, 463, 464. The first ventilation flues 113, 411, 413 are provided to distribute air. The diffusing part 222 diffuses the air into a room. The air cleaning parts 191, 491 clean the air. The air distribution destination switching parts 210, 462, 463, 464 allow switching between the first state and the second state. The air is distributed to the diffusing part 222 via the air cleaning parts 191, 491, in the first state.
