<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein energy losses during oscillation with a oscillating body are large since a resin-made circuit substrate is interposed between an elastic body of the oscillating body and an electromechanical energy transducer. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillating body is composed of the electromechanical energy transducer and the elastic body 1 and excites oscillation by supplying power to the electromechanical energy transducer. The elastic body 2 is made of ceramics.
