<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive fuse provided with a fuse element which melts in a short time when an electric current requiring meltdown flows even in the case difference between the rated current of the fuse and the current required for meltdown is small. <P>SOLUTION: When a material constituting the fuse element 3 melts down by the current required for meltdown, because a reaction material 4 pasted to the fuse element 3 chemically reacts with the material rapidly at a temperature in the vicinity of melting point of the material constituting the fuse element 3 and bursts and blows off the fuse element 3, the meltdown time of the fuse element 3 can be made shorter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
