<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a vacuum variable capacitor in which large current flows, its size is reduced, longitudinal direction resistance of a regulating nut is excellent, and the rotary torque of the regulating nut is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In the vacuum variable capacitor, a center pin 7 is eliminated. A linear bearing 20 is provided between a heat pipe 18 and the regulating nut 19. Bearings 22, 23 are provided between the heat pipe 18 and the regulating nut 14. In addition to the heat pipe 18, a heatsink guide 21 is provided between the inner peripheral side of bellows 17 and the linear bearing 20. And, air holes 4b, 18b for communicating with an atmospheric side through the inner peripheral side of the bellows 17 are provided at a variable side end plate 4 and the heat pipe 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
