<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic sludge treatment method which enables the biological purification of a dehydrated separation liquid obtained by heat-treating organic sludge to dehydrate the same, and an organic sludge treatment apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The organic sludge treatment method (1) has a process for heat-treating organic sludge, a process for dehydrating the organic sludge heat-treated by the heat treatment process and a process for biologically treating the dehydrated separation liquid obtained in the dehydration process and is characterized in that the pH of the organic sludge is adjusted to 7.5 or above before heat treatment. The organic sludge treatment apparatus (2) has an alkali solution storage tank 3, a pH measuring means 6 to measure the pH of the organic sludge to which the alkali solution is added, a heat treatment reaction tank 2 for heat-treating the organic sludge, a sludge dehydrator 8 for dehydrating the heat-treated organic sludge and a biological treatment tank 11 for biologically treating the dehydrated separation liquid obtained in the dehydrator 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
