<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage around a mouthpiece section of a fuel tank in a fuel tank fixing structure for fixing the fuel tank to a tank frame. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel tank 7 is mounted to the vehicle via the tank frame 15. The mouthpiece section 9 to which pipes (fuel filling pipe 11 and fuel supply pipe 13) of the fuel tank 7 are connected is mounted to a lower material 29 disposed in the tank frame 15, and is gripped and fixed with the lower material 29 and an upper material 37 for covering the upper part of the mouthpiece section 9.
