PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic apparatus capable of delivering a unique message to each passenger. SOLUTION: When a vehicle 11 reaches a prescribed position, a position sensor 3 transmits a position sensing signal. A control section 5 instructs an acoustic signal processing section 4 to produce unique message to each of the passengers 21a, 21b, 21c and to carry out output processing in this timing. The acoustic signal processing section 4 generates the unique message to the passengers 21a, 21b, 21c on the basis of passenger information 31 and outputs the message to super-directivity speakers 1a, 1b, 1c.
