PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reinforcing fibers for a resin-coated floor, which are improved in the dispersing performance thereof, and not only has excellent impact resistance, cracking preventive performance, and crack expansion preventive performance, but also has excellent workability and external grade, and to provide a fiber-reinforced resin-coated floor. SOLUTION: The reinforcing fibers for the resin-coated floor are formed of polyamide short fibers each having a wetting imparting agent applied to a surface thereof.
