PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reference to data even if a trouble is caused. SOLUTION: In this ASP communication trouble handling system, mirroring, in which contents of an original storage device is duplicated in another storage device by a BackUp means and the original contents are referred for copying a file if an original file is updated or deleting a duplicated file if an original file is deleted, of all the information about a customer inside an ASP site or a part of the information, is carried out automatically to a storage device and the like inside a PC of the customer. In a normal communication condition with the ASP, access is made to the ASP site according to the consistency of file updating and no access is made to the copied file in the PC of the customer. As to timing of copying a file, the file is copied periodically, or contrarily, notification of updating is made from the ASP site to the PC of the customer and the PC of the customer downloads the file.
