PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a present vehicle from colliding by warning a driver that the present vehicle is in a state, if any, of high degree of danger of collision at an intersection or a junction. SOLUTION: A danger degree calculation execution and judgment part 6 judges that the present vehicle is in an environment of danger calculation execution when the present vehicle approaches a range of a prescribed distance from an intersection or a junction where no signal is installed at a speed below a prescribed speed. A collision danger degree judgment part 7 calculates the degree of danger on the basis of outputs from a right-side sensor 3 and a left-side sensor 4 in the environment and monitors driver's intention to start on the basis of the output of a brake stepping-on force sensor 2.
