PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic induction flow rate measurement apparatus and its measuring method which can achieve efficient operation through a preamplifier actuated at lower feed voltage. SOLUTION: A control circuit is provided for adjusting a potential region of common mode input voltage or/and an output control region for the preamplifier, which is used to approximate the common mode input voltage of the preamplifier to half of the maximum output voltage of the preamplifier.
