ANTENNA SWITCH CIRCUIT AND MOBILE PHONE EMPLOYING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency antenna switch circuit for a mobile phone wherein a capacitor or the switch circuit is not broken even when a signal with a high voltage and a large amount of current is supplied to the antenna switch circuit. SOLUTION: The antenna switch circuit comprises a plurality of high frequency switches including control terminals wherein one terminal of which is connected to an antenna terminal 2 connected to an antenna, the other terminal of which is connected to an input output terminal 1 connected to a transmission section and a reception section, a capacitor to cut off a DC component is connected between the one terminal and the terminal 1, and an inductor is connected between the antenna terminal and ground. Then the inductor connected between the antenna terminal and ground is configured in chip component or the surface or inside of a laminated body comprising a plurality of layers (LTCC: Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics).
