PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive objective lens driving device which is producible without using an insert molding in a super-thin actuator of a symmetrical type objective lens drive device. SOLUTION: The objective lens driving device is provided with; four suspension wires 54 which are fixed at one end and arranged on both sides of a first direction along a Tg direction of an objective lens holder 20 holding the objective lens 30, respectively; a damper base 10 which is separated from the objective lens holder 20 in the above first direction and supports the other end sides of the suspension wires 54; and a lead wire 1 prepared near the center of the objective lens holder 20 in a second direction along a Tr direction. The objective lens holder 20 holds first, second and third drive coils 16, 14, and 17 which moves the above holder to a tilt direction, the second direction and the third direction along the F direction, respectively. The second and third drive coils 16 and 17 are connected to at most four suspension wires 54 electrically, and the first drive coil is connected to the lead wire 1 electrically.
