PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with good usability for reducing skipping a list of ordered items by waitstaff when they have too many ordered items. SOLUTION: The device is composed of a memory part H103, order information list creating part F2, voice recognition part F5 and output data creating part F7. The memory part stores order information input by an order information input part F1. The order information list creating part F2 creates order information list which includes at least one piece of the order information. The output data creating part F7 outputs recited order information and pre-recited order information as mutually identifiable output data, by processing such order information among the order information of the order information lists as recited that corresponds to a voice recognition result by the voice recognition part F5 on voice inputting from a voice input part F4 after creating the order information list.
