POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT FOR LOW POWER CONSUMPTION AND HIGH SPEED RECOVERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit capable of reducing a power consumption in a low power consumption mode and shortening a restoring period of time to a normal operation mode compatibly in a semiconductor integrated circuit. SOLUTION: This power circuit is provided with: a transistor Q1 whose collector/base are connected, and whose emitter is grounded; a transistor Q2 whose base is commonly connected to a base of the transistor Q1, and whose emitter is grounded through a resistance R1; a transistor Q4 whose collector/emitter are connected in parallel with those of the transistor Q1; and a switch means for switching a conductive state between the base of the transistor Q1 and the base of the transistor Q4.
