PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable excrement treatment article where the leakage of excrement from both of the ends of it and both of the side of front and rear areas is prevented by making the front and rear areas fit the shapes of the abdominal area and hips of a wearing person. SOLUTION: In the disposable pad 20A (excrement treatment article), a pair of folded parts 36 and 37 extending so as to gradually reduce a distance between the front and rear areas 23, 35 are formed, the rigidity of the folded parts 36 and 37 is lower than that of the movable part 38 and the main part 39 of a core 29, the rigidity value of the folded parts 36 and 37 by a taper method ranges 0.01 to 2.0mN cm, and the rigidity value of the movable part 38 and the main part 39 by the taper method ranges 9.0 to 50.0mN cm. In the pad 20A, the fixed end part 44 of a leakage prevention sheet 28 is positioned on a movable part 38, an elastic part 45 fitted to the sheet 28 reaches the inner end part 46 in the horizontal direction of the movable part 38 over the folded parts 36 and 37.
