PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal whose use charge is lower, with a positioning function suitable for confirming child's behavior by parents. SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal is provided with a positioning means for measuring one's own position; a storage means which stores registered positional information, a notification destination, notification contents, and a schedule time by making them to correspond to each other; and a notification destination registration means which instructs the positioning to the positioning means, compares the position positioned by the positioning with the stored positional information, transmits the notification contents to the notification destination by E-mails after detecting the arrival when it is coincided with each other, transmits the notification contents to the notification destination by E-mails after detecting the departure when it is changed from the coincidence to the non-coincidence, transmits a message indicating that the arrival or the departure differs from the schedule to the notification destination by E-mails when not detecting the arrival or the departure at the schedule time, and registers a notification target position instructed from a notification control means and an operator as the positional information to the storage means.
