PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door panel suspension device which is equipped with a runner restriction tool for restricting movement of a runner body, canceling restriction of movements, and restricting the movement of the runner body at an arbitrary opening location, if needed. SOLUTION: The suspension device is formed of a mounting portion 11 to be mounted in each of door panels P1, P2, the runner body 10 movably guided along a guide rail 2, and a runner shaft 12 linking the body 10 and the mounting portion 11 together. The runner restriction tool is arranged between the runner body 10 and the guide rail 2, which is formed of a restriction base 48 fixed to an upper wall inner face of the guide rail 2, an elastically deformable restricting arm 49 arranged on an upper surface of a body 20 of the runner body 10, a spring 50 for energizing the restricting arm 49, and a spring adjusting screw 51. The restriction base 48 has a pair of receiving surfaces 53, 54 formed on opposed surfaces thereof, for receiving an engaging piece 55 formed on each restricting arm 49, and the engaging piece 55 of the restricting arm 49 is received by one of the receiving surfaces 53 of the restriction base 48, whereby the runner body 10 is inhibited from moving at an end of the guide rail 2.
