PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly select when selecting a specific conversion table from a plurality of conversion tables converting image information into a display signal. SOLUTION: A storage device 46 stores the plurality of conversion tables 48A and the respective conversion tables are stored with sample images 50 respectively. The sample image 50A is created based on the contents of each conversion table 48. A touch panel 44 is displayed with a plurality of icons and each icon has a sample image.
