1. The method of producing composite implantation material consists in mixing, grinding, sieving, forming and sintering. It is characterised in that 70-95 percent by volume of hydroxyapatite powder, initially calcinated at the temperature of 700-900 degrees Celsius, is mixed with 5-30 percent by volume of carbon fibres. The fibre surface should have alkaline character. The fibres are formerly covered with a calcium phosphate coating. After thorough mixing, the substrates is subjected to grinding. Then, they are sieved through a 0.2 mm sieve, formed and sintered, preferably by hot pressing under the pressure of 20-30 MPa in the atmosphere of argon, at the temperature of 1000-1200 degrees Celsius. They are maintained at the maximum temperature for 15-45 minutes.
