[PROBLEMS] A webbing take-up device having a lock mechanism and a pretension er mechanism, where the number of parts is restricted and the device can be reduced in size. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A webbing take-up device has a multi-functioned lock gear as a lock gear (70). A sleeve (72) and a sleeve extension section (73) that construct a pretensioner mechanism (50) are integrally formed in an axis section of the lock gear (70) constituting a lo ck mechanism (130). Thus, the lock gear (70) are constructed by integrating a lock gear body (74) and ratchet teeth (76) of the lock mechanism (130), and the sleeve (72) and the sleeve extension section (73) of the pretensioner mechanism (50).
