VOICE INPUT/OUTPUT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hear again a voice when a note has been taken by taking the note and then tracing the note.

SOLUTION: The voice in the circumference of a handwriting input pen 26 is received as voice data which are sent as pen information data to a pen information server 16 while the data are made to correspond to the position of a note on a memo pad. When a user points the position of the note on the memo pad in the vicinity of a PC 18 and performs an operation for outputting a voice, the PC 18 requests the pen information data including the voice data made to correspond to the position of the note from the pen information server 16. An input device 20 sends the pen information data complying with the request to the PC 18. The PC 18 outputs the voice data included in the pen information data as a voice.
