PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless moving picture streaming file, method and system for a moving picture streaming service of a mobile communication terminal which is capable of encoding and decoding both video data and audio data using a moving picture streaming file.

SOLUTION: The wireless moving picture streaming file for the moving picture streaming service of a mobile communication terminal includes: a file header 200 for recognizing the wireless moving picture streaming file; and a payload 100 including video payload data and audio payload data A compressed by an MJPEG scheme, and a payload header 110 for controlling streaming for each of the video payload data and the audio payload data.
