<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the work of re-installing an extension telephone and exactly know the contact address of the staff left from his/her seat by making the contact telephone number of the staff known from identification information read by an RFID reader. <P>SOLUTION: The system is connected to a terminal with identification information and has a plurality of reading means for reading attribute information from the RFID tag.
