IDENTIFICATION MARKER OF RUSH STRAIN HINOMIDORI BASED ON ISSR METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligonucleotide specific to a strain of a rush; and to provide a method for discriminating the strain of the rush by using the oligonucleotide.

SOLUTION: The primer useful for discrimination of the strain of the rush is the oligonucleotide having a sequence selected from the group consisting of specific base sequences, the oligonucleotide hybridizable with the primer site annealed to the oligonucleotide, or a fragment of these oligonucleotides having at least a length of 10 nucleotides. The primer pair includes the primer. The method for discriminating the strain of the rush comprises a step of amplifying a sample DNA of the rush by using the primer pair, and a step of detecting the amplified product.
