<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handleable screw for easily and safely fixing an artificial membrane in a mouth. <P>SOLUTION: The screw 1 fixes the artificial membrane for covering a defect part to an alveolar bone when a defect exists in the alveolar bone to which an artificial dental implant is planted and a new bone is regenerated in the defect part. The screw 1 includes: a screw part 2 having a disk shape head 2b for fixing the artificial membrane to a alveolar bone, which is screwed onto the alveolar bone, by pressurization onto the alveolar bone; a shaft part 3 for rotating the screw part 2; and a columnar flexion breaking part 4 having a diameter being substantially equal to that of the screw part main body 2a of the screw part 2.
