PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin flange whose deflection accuracy at the initial stage and after prolonged printing in the resin flange itself and a drum element tube into which the resin flange is press fitted is enhanced, consequently, which is used for an electrophotographic photoreceptor and with less misregistration even when it performs printing for a long period of time even by simple structure, a manufacturing method of such a resin flange and the electrophotographic photoreceptor with resin flange. SOLUTION: The resin flange is constituted so that diameter of a through hole of the resin flange equipped with a press fit part to be press fitted into the drum element tube, a gear part to transmit driving force to rotate the drum element tube from the outside and the through hole located at the center of the press fit part is set to a value within a range of 3 to 15 mm, temperature processing of 45 to 85°C is performed and thermal contraction is preliminarily performed especially to the through hole.
