PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attain version upgrade of a control program at an internet terminal, configured of a base device and a portable display device. SOLUTION: Information, to be acquired through the Internet 410, is transmitted from a base device 100 to a portable display device 200, and displayed at a display means 205; and information showing the operation of an operating means is transmitted from the portable display device 200 through the base device 100 to the Internet 410, and desired information is displayed at a display means 205. When version upgrading of software is instructed by the base device 100 or the portable display device 200 from the operating means, the base device 100 is connected through the Internet 410 to the version upgrade server 420. The new version of software is downloaded from the server 420 to the non-volatile memory of the base device 100 or the non-volatile memory of the portable display device 200.
