PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a composite sheet from which a label, a card or the like can be separated. SOLUTION: The composite sheet 1 includes a base sheet part 15 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13 formed on one surface of a first sheet-shaped support 11, and a release sheet part 21 having a release layer 19 formed on one surface of a second sheet-shaped support 17. A cut line 23 is formed in the base sheet part 15 on the rim of a region corresponding to a label part 5 so that the label part 5 can be separated from other regions (residual regions). A perforation line 25 is formed in both of the base sheet part 15 and the release sheet part 21 on the rim of a region corresponding to a member card part 3 so that the member card part 3 is separated from the other regions (residual regions) by cutting along the perforation line 25. The region of the release layer 19 except for the label part 5 is coated with a release property inhibiting substance 29 for decreasing the release property of the release layer 19A, so that the release property in the region is significantly decreased than that of the release layer 19B in the region of the label part 5.
