PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling hook device of a video display device which easily and promptly perform an angle adjustment work in left and right direction or back and forth direction. SOLUTION: The ceiling hook device consists of a ceiling side member 22 where a fixing metal which mounts the video display device to the ceiling to freely adjust back and forth angle is fixed on the ceiling side and a mounting side member 27 having a pair of left and right wall parts 26A, 26A on which a locking groove 25 to be locked and temporarily fixed to a shaft P fixed to the video display device and projected from the ceiling side member 22 is formed, the locking groove 25 is constituted of a vertical groove part 25A which is inserted into the shaft P from a lower part, a horizontal groove part 25B which moves from a lower end to the front side or the rear side of the vertical groove part 25, an auxiliary vertical groove part 25C which is shorter than the vertical groove part 25A which moves from the end of a moving direction of the horizontal groove part 25B to an upper part by set distance and a locking horizontal groove part 25D for moving and locking from an upper end to the front side or the rear side of the auxiliary vertical groove part 25C.
