PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MR fluid type rotary steer damper capable of being made compact which is appropriately used for steering buffer control of a two-wheeled vehicle. SOLUTION: The MR damper rotates a blade 2 in a body 1 in which MR fluid F is sealed and exercises its steering buffer function with viscosity resistance of the MR fluid F flowing through a fluid passage formed in the body 1 by the blade 2.
