PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire grounding image analyzing method capable of visualizing and quantitatively forming history of change of blocks such as position change and shape change thereof. SOLUTION: Grounding image of the tire formed with blocks in a tread surface is continuously measured with the predetermined sampling interval when the tire is rotating (step ST1), grounding image data for every measuring time is formed on the basis of each of the measured grounding images (step ST2), the block in each of the formed grounding images is recognized (step ST3), a reference block among the blocks in the grounding image data when measuring is started is selected (step ST4), a block corresponding to the reference block selected among the blocks in each of the grounding image data is specified on the basis of overlap of the blocks in the grounding image data continuously measured to each other and block change image data per the measuring time is formed on the basis of the specified block in each of the grounding image data (step ST5).
