PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mixing of impurities into a tank by preventing removing of a strainer, and to prevent overflow of the fuel or the operation fluid from an oil supply port at the time of supply of the oil. SOLUTION: An upper aperture of the cylindrical strainer 23 is fixed on an inner side of the oil supply port 22 of the fuel tank 19, and a lower surface of the strainer 23 is fixed on a bottom part 24 of the fuel tank 19. A delivery port 25 is provided on the bottom part 24 of the fuel tank on which the lower surface of the strainer 23 is fixed, and a cock 26 is attached on the delivery port 25 so as to close the delivery port 25. The impurities 27 mixed into the supplied fuel cannot pass through the strainer 23, and are dropped downward, and are accumulated on the bottom part 24 of the fuel tank. When the cock 26 is turned and the delivery port 25 is opened, the accumulated impurities 27 can be delivered to the outside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
