PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a tire having almost the final shape at accurate positioning by high level of automation. SOLUTION: Modules 10 for producing a cured tire from plurality of tire production materials comprises plurality of material setting devices 11-15 placed along a predetermined route 110 at a certain interval, movable tire-constructing trolleys 60A and 60B moving along the predetermined route 110 and two removable tire-constructing drums 22 mounted on the trolleys 60A and 60B. A tire-curing station 100 is equipped with one tire mold 50 which cures constructed tire materials under being placed on the movable tire-constructing drum 22. The tire is cured while the tire materials are placed on another removable tire-constructing drum 22 on the movable tire-constructing trolleys 60A and 60 B. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
