Signal-generating method for ternary signals produces signal levels and coupled potentials by triggering switching devices

A first signal level (LO) is generated and a signal output (SO) (1) couples to a first potential (V1). A second signal level (MID) is generated and the SO couples to a second potential (V2). The SO links to a third potential (V3) via a resistance device (5) so that a third signal level (HI) is generated and the SO is decoupled from the first and second potentials. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) A circuit structure for generating ternary signals; (B) and for a semiconductor component with a circuit structure according to the present invention.
