<p>#CMT# #/CMT# A flat textile for use as a wall covering formed of a mineral fiber-free fibrous fleece with a self-adhesive coating is such that (1) the fleece is of natural fibers optionally admixed with rottable synthetic fibers; and (2) the self adhesive coating is formed on the back in the form of points. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a wall structure comprising a carrier layer and on this the above textile coated with a binder, the self-adhesive coating adjoining the carrier layer and the binder serving as an adhesion-reinforcing varnish on the side away from the self-adhesive coating and penetrating through the structure to bond with the carrier layer. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# E.g. as a wallpaper for living quarters. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The textile can be finely structured on its surface and is easily and safely applied. #CMT#TEXTILES AND PAPER : #/CMT# Preferred Features : The fibrous fleece is permeable to the dispersion varnish and is e.g. a high-pressure water jet-fixed wetlaid fleece or a needle fleece of (i) a cellulosic fiber-containing mixture, especially containing >=20% natural cellulose fibers or (ii) polyester fibers. The adhesive points cover at most 30 (especially 20-26)% of the fleece. The binder is an emission- and solvent-free dispersion varnish, especially a plasticizer-free acrylate binder optionally covered by a cover varnish. The adhesion-reinforcing varnish permanently bonds the fleece with the carrier layer and the strength of this varnish is such that the dry fleece remains removable.</p> |
