<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which improves operation efficiency in the automatic switching of the display screen of a display part in accordance with a user's taste or operation skill. <P>SOLUTION: When a user Id is received by an operating part operated by the user (S11), a control part judges, according to a data table, screen display data corresponding to the user ID (S12). The control part then reads the screen display data from an HDD and displays the read data on a display part (S13 and S17).
