<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for properly forming an image with a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: In trial copying, an identification code addition section 4 adds a different identification number to all of image data outputted by one print. In the case of replacing the image data, an identification number code outputted to a sheet is entered to an operation panel 6. A processing information storage section 7 particularizes a stored output condition on the basis of the information of the entered identification number code and displays the output condition on the operation panel 6 and particularizes an address in an HDD 3. Thereafter when the corresponding original is read again, image processing is applied to the read image data on the basis of the output condition after revision. Then image data of the particularized address are replaced with the image data after the revision in the HDD 3.
