<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain work volume of oil pumps from increasing in a lubricating device for a transmission. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricating device for a transmission having first feeding routes 11, 16 for feeding oil to a lubrication system 17 via a pressure control valve 12 and a second feeding route 21 for feeding oil to the lubrication system 17 in the case where the pressure control valve 12 fails has a first oil pump 8 and a second oil pump 9 and the first oil pump 8, the second oil pump 9. The first check valve 18, a second check valve 29 and the pressure control valve 12 are provided so that oil of the first oil pump 8 is fed to the pressure control valve 12 via the first check valve 18 and oil of a second oil pump 9 is fed to the pressure control valve 12 via the second check valve 29.
